  • You are appropriately qualified or acting on behalf of a research entity

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where misuse is suspected.

5. Orders

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframes; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

8. Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers may have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply where:

  • Goods are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, and
  • The goods become unsuitable for return once opened

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our products are supplied in sealed, sterile conditions
  • Once opened, they are not suitable for return
  • Your right to cancel is lost once the product has been opened

9. Refunds & Returns

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

  • Your order is not delivered
  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You receive an incorrect item

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide photographic evidence where applicable
  • Items must remain unopened and in their original condition

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Opened or used products

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Subject to the above:

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods
